Excellent ski service at the hotel made our stay enjoyable.
The deposit upon arrival was shocking. almost more than our stay! After paying, they expected the full stay amount before releasing the deposit. Coupled with inadequate storage space in the room, it was frustrating, especially since we had skiing equipment to manage. Using the changing room post-checkout was a hassle with no shower available.

The location is excellent, providing easy access to the slopes. The spa facilities, while compact, offer a quality experience with a well-maintained pool, sauna, and hammam. the family room, although cozy, had limited storage space for ski equipment, which was a bit of a hassle during our stay. there were some delays in service during peak dining hours that detracted from the experience, despite the attentive staff overall.

Not worth the hype
Had a tough stay here. The room was super tiny and oddly shaped, which felt really cramped. Waiting ages for breakfast was a bummer, and our orders at dinner just weren't right most nights. The ski shop staff were great, though! Loved the atmosphere there. Just wish the restaurant staff was more attentive.
